Caution for Returns
To be eligible for our 100-day return policy, all returned products must be in their original condition with all original packaging and accompanying items intact. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Branding and labels (must not be removed, altered, or damaged)
  • Product box/packaging (must not be broken, torn, or marked)
  • Appraisal documents and certificates (must be included exactly as provided)
  • Any additional accessories or promotional items included in the original shipment
Important:
If any of the above items are missing, damaged, or altered, the return will be refused and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. This condition is strictly enforced to maintain product authenticity, quality standards, and resale value.

Eligibility:

Online Returns (For Items Under $1,000)
If your item is eligible and priced under $1,000, you may use our online return portal. Follow the instructions to print a FedEx label and drop off your package at your convenience.
