  • Customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK benefit from free return labels for warranty evaluations. For international customers, a $50 deposit is required before shipping the item to Heerok for evaluation. This deposit covers the cost of shipping and an assessment by our expert jewelers. If the damage is warrantied, the deposit is fully refunded, and we cover the shipping costs for any necessary repairs.

• Free Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

  • As part of our commitment to providing exceptional value, Heerok offers a free lifetime diamond upgrade program. This means that any loose natural diamond purchased from Heerok can be exchanged for credit equivalent to the original purchase price for a new natural diamond of at least 1.5 times greater value. Similarly, loose lab-grown diamonds purchased from Heerok can be exchanged for credit for a new lab-grown diamond of at least 2 times greater value.
  • To be eligible for the diamond upgrade program, the diamond being upgraded must be in saleable condition and accompanied by its original documentation. This program provides our customers with the flexibility to upgrade their diamonds over time as their preferences or circumstances change.

• Temporary Setting Option

  • We understand that choosing an engagement ring is a significant decision, and sometimes you may want your partner to be involved in selecting the setting. That's why Heerok offers a temporary mounting option. With this option, you can confidently choose your diamond while still allowing your partner to participate in choosing the final setting.
  • Within 60 days of your initial purchase, you and your partner can return the temporary mounting and choose from our extensive catalog of customized mountings. A $75 refurbishing fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the new engagement ring setting for the use of the temporary mounting, and the remaining balance will be credited towards the purchase of the new mounting. This option ensures that you can find the perfect ring together while still enjoying the flexibility of our temporary setting.

• Colored Gemstone Policies

  • Heerok is pleased to offer an extensive collection of loose colored gems, allowing you to create truly unique and personalized jewelry pieces. Whether you're looking for a vibrant sapphire, a rich emerald, or a captivating ruby, we have a wide selection to choose from. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to mount your chosen gem in any of our standard ring settings that accommodate its shape.
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on all loose gems and colored gems set in our standard mountings. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
